The winning ticket is selected with crypto.getRandomValues() before the shuffle animation. Up to 12 ticket visuals are rendered, while the underlying list can contain more entries.
Removal and duplicates
With removal enabled, selected tickets are excluded from later draws in the same session and removed from the textarea. Duplicate ticket labels remain separate entries.

Is this a certified drawing system?
No. It is a browser-based random picker for informal giveaways. It does not claim certification or regulatory compliance.
Does fullscreen hide the controls?
The stage expands, while the Draw and exit controls remain available through the browser fullscreen UI or the button.
Are tickets uploaded?
No. The ticket list and result stay in your browser.
