Unit Converter
Convert length, mass, temperature, and volume units with centralized conversion factors.
Conversions run in your browser. No values are transmitted.
Convert a unit
Use a dot or comma as the decimal separator. Thousands separators are not accepted.
Cooking measures
Convert cups, spoons, millilitres, grams, and ounces using the density of common ingredients.
Conversion method
Most values are converted to a canonical unit and then to the target unit. Temperature uses dedicated formulas because the scales have different zero points. Fuel economy uses reciprocal conversion when one side is L/100 km.

Frequently asked questions
Why is a temperature below absolute zero rejected?
No physical temperature can be below 0 K (−273.15 °C). The validator rejects such inputs instead of returning an impossible result.
Are US and Imperial gallons the same?
No. This tool uses US customary units and labels them explicitly.
Does the displayed result lose precision?
Rounding is applied only to the display. Internal conversion uses the full factor.
