PDF Redaction
Black out sensitive areas on PDF pages; redacted pages are flattened so the hidden text is truly removed.
Redaction runs locally in your browser. Pages are flattened on your device and never uploaded.
All pages are shown in this scrollable preview. Drag on any page to draw a black redaction box; draw one box per area. Zoom in for precise boxes; boxes stay in place when the zoom changes.

Is blacking out enough?
No. A black box drawn over text leaves the text in the file; anyone can remove the box. This tool rasterizes redacted pages, so the covered text is gone for good. Pages without boxes stay vector and selectable.
