Estimate monthly take-home pay in Indonesia after employee BPJS contributions and PPh 21.
BPJS Kesehatan 1% up to Rp12,000,000; JHT 2%; JP 1% up to Rp10,547,400.
How the estimate works
BPJS Kesehatan and JP use their published wage caps. JHT uses the full monthly wage. PPh 21 is estimated from annual gross minus occupational cost, JHT, JP, and PTKP, then divided by 12. Other deductions are subtracted after tax.
Contribution rates and caps can change. This tool does not include employer contributions, bonuses, THR, or company-specific payroll rules.
